Requirements
We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our growing project team. The candidate should have 5+ years experience in software development working with QA processes: creating test plans and test scenarios, test execution, etc. BS in computer science, or related field, is strongly preferred. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years experience leading QA/Test teams. The candidate should have a solid working knowledge of established QA principles and methodologies, and full project life-cycles. Experience driving and defining QA processes within development organizations, especially within Agile environments, is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
• Help drive the development and implementation of QA/Test standards and procedures
• Represent QA in project meetings, working closely with cross functional teams
• Set directions and goals for team members
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of your field
• Work with the business analyst in clarifying requirements
• Develop test plans, cases and scenarios per documented requirements and specifications
• Design black-box, white-box, and automated tests
