Promptu, a developer of speech-enabled commerce and information-access applications for mobile phones,seeking a Senior UI Designer to create next-generation user interfaces for our products.Senior UI Designer will report to VP of Eng.Responsible for all aspects of user interface from design through specification and production. We require strong visual,graphic,creative, analytical skills+understanding of the consumer perspective.
Responsibilities: Lead and design,Interact with cust to solicit and capture desired concepts and features,Work with mktg to establish product identity and visual look-and-feel,Work with eng to understand and evaluate technical feasibility of interface designs,Create navigation models, wireframes & style guides that define the UI, Write UI specifications.
Qualifications/Experience: 5+ years of UI design exp in mobile applications, games, consumer electronics and or web/WAP sites, Solid portfolio of UI work, Exp with speech recognition technology a plus.
