Does this describe you?:
• Five years or more experience in human factors and usability.
• Managing usability project teams.
• User analysis, interface design, and usability testing.
• Usability, user experience and user centered design for software applications, internet, intranet, and maybe even some device design.
• Graduate degree in psychology is required (human factors, cognitive, engineering or experimental) or a field related to human-computer interaction.
• Teaching usability and user centered design in a corporate setting is a plus.
• Experience doing user centered design work as an external consultant is a plus.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting web analytic data and combining with usability data.
