Areas of Responsibility:
Work with marketing & technology teams to define and build a completely new generation 2 site in Rails
Produce production quality code in Ruby on Rails
Ensure the stability, scalability, and robustness of our site
Requirements:
Smart & motivated. Enjoys working in a team environment
Detailed & organized
Expertise in HTML, CSS
2+ years experience building consumer oriented web sites
Experience using Ruby on Rails to develop production, customer facing sites
Intermediate Ruby knowledge
Strong knowledge of how to use Rails, but not necessarily how it is built
Solid communication skills
