REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Use CSS & semantic XHTML to create cross-browser compatible, eye-catching designs; Advanced understanding of web standards, usability, and accessibility; Advanced JavaScript; Server-side scripting; Advanced web design skills, with a portfolio of active sites; Advanced understanding of usability-focused web design; Photoshop w/ layered files; Illustrator; Code samples required, demonstrating good coding practices.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Multi-tier web app environment; JSP; AJAX; Flash; HTML emails; CVS or other VCS; Developing & documenting best practices
