(Solana Beach, CA) We are looking for 2-3 top-notch Senior Web Developers to join our team. The successful candidate will have worked on or have thought deeply about online communities. S/he must have at least 4 years of experience developing web applications in PHP/Python (django experience is A HUGE PLUS), must have a solid background with OOp and the MVC pattern, as well as database design and normalization, data caching techniques, load balancing, web services, XHTML, CSS, DOM-based JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks (JQuery experience is a plus), must have Knowledge/experience with source control (Subversion), must be passionate about the web and new technologies, must follow latest trends, be able to innovate, research for passion and be ready to make a difference in the industry.
