Positive Digital Solutions is searching for the next UI design rockstar to join our team! We are a small, high caliber 5-person team located in Solana Beach, CA that is getting ready to launch our first of many web-based applications to the world.
He/she must be passionate about the web and love the simplicity of what the web 2.0 style, while applying traditional design principles to create something that is truly innovative.
Primary Responsibilities and Required Skills
• 2+ years experience in web design or interaction design roles
• Brainstorm and iterate on creative with technology and marketing teams
• Create flowcharts, wireframes, and design layouts for user research and process design
• Lead usability and user research initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with consumer-oriented brand creation
• Good understanding of current web technologies
• Usability knowledge
