We’re hunting for a creatively-driven lead developer to help us build, iterate and scale next level web applications and services. We’re looking for someone with an obsession with any (or all) of the rapid development environments making the rounds today (rails, django, cake, merb, etc). Should be comfy on the major platforms (asp/jsp/php) but clearly have an open-source favorite 
Solid DB skillz, familiarity with IA/IxD documentation, and severe collaboration are all key. Beyond development, solid knowledge of all the ways it gets presented are key (sms gateways, flash, html/css, services, etc). We’re as focused on the ultimate user experience as we are on the technical wizardry, so the order of the day is make it work and make it enjoyable. Purely academic coders not accepted.
