We are looking for an exceptional Ruby on Rails developer who wants to work on something that makes a difference. PatientsLikeMe is a growing company which provides patients the tools, information, and experiences that they need to take control of their disease. We are looking for a talented senior developer to join our outstanding team. You should have at least 5 years’ experience with application development using good object-oriented design and MVC separation. Bonuses for knowing your way around databases and HTML/CSS/JS, loving to re-factor, and having contributed to an open-source project. You want to participate in all stages of development, from brainstorming to implementation. You care about the details, from the code to the processes. You have ideas on what makes a good social web application. Most important, you want to help build something which is making a difference in patients’ lives.
