Paglo is the world’s first search engine for IT. You may have heard of us as we recently launched the company to a considerable amount of favorable press. A number of publications declared that Paglo is “Google for IT”. Others called Paglo a “Web 2.0 approach to IT” and a “revolution” for “IT administrators left in the Jurassic age.” We’re looking for someone who • Has developed leading Web applications that have supported thousands of users • Can write code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Ruby as easily as they breathe • Is experienced with Ruby on Rails (search-related and/or IT management project a big plus) • Has worked closely with designers and product teams to create great online user experiences • Wants to work in a fast-moving, online environment where the end-user is king, and delivering terrific usability and great design are not mutually exclusive • Wants a career-defining opportunity and a proven, results-oriented team that has already successfully sold multiple businesses
