We are looking for someone with the following skills:
* At least 2 years Ruby on Rails experience
* Experience deploying to high-traffic websites
* Subversion
* Test-driven development
* Postgresql experience a plus, some database knowledge required
* Experience profiling code for performance
* Good problem-solving methodology
* Solid understanding of MVC architecture
* Able to optimize DB queries using explain
* Familiarity with memcached, and rails caching schemes in general, a plus
* Familiarity with ticket-tracking systems like Trac
