We are venture backed and are enjoying a period of major growth. The team is small and highly talented. We are currently looking to add a high quality candidate to our design team to help us achieve our growth plans.
We are looking for the following skill set:
* Can write valid XHTML
* Able to cleanly separate design logic from semantic structure using CSS
* Able to work from a Photoshop comp and create pixel-perfect HTML
* DOM Scripting, Javascript event handling
* Knowledge of Javascript frameworks, especially Prototype and Scriptaculous
* Familiarity with Firebug a plus
* Ability to make designs cross-browser compatible
* Enough understanding of programming to be able to load a Rails environment on your computer and code the design from it
