We’re fortunate to be able to work in great digs. Conveniently located in the business tower of the Omni hotel at 7th and Brazos, we have an open floorplan and stunning views of downtown, the capitol, and the hill country. The break rooms are stocked with drinks and snacks and the ping-pong and foosball tables open up at 5PM.
We’re looking primarily for back-end developers to assist with our high-volume-data processing and data mining application. Our team is committed to building a world-class application that will push the limits of Rails and its operating environment.
The ideal candidate would be comfortable in agile environments such as XP and Scrum and working in small teams. We have a fast-paced environment, work hard, play hard, and are looking for like-minded individuals to join us. We also believe in professional development and send all our developers to the Rails Conference every year.
