Manger, Information Architect
Position Summary
The Manager, Information Architect, assists the Senior Manager in directing the Information Architects in the Creative Department. The Manager helps to set goals and measure the success of the group, managing, guiding and mentoring the Information Architects, enabling them to fulfill Organic methodology and standards.
Teaming with departmental peers, the Manager works to ensure that cross-creative collaboration, communication and conception forms the core of successful work. Working with non-departmental peers, the manager collaborates on a strategic and conceptual level to grow the business across all accounts.
Education/Work Experience
⢠5+ yrs overall experience preferred including:
3+ yrs directing Information Architect contributions and demonstrating significant mentorship towards all Information Architect contributors.
⢠Bachelorâs degree preferred or equivalent work experience (digital design, graphic design, advertising).
⢠Engaging online portfolio is required for consideration.
Sr. Information Architect
Position Summary
The Sr. Information Architect is primarily responsible for creating tactical solutions for Internet and multimedia project strategies. The Sr. Information Architect manages the integration of the information design and project concept. The Sr. Information Architect is responsible for the document deliverables, including: discovery/envision documents, competitive analysis, personas, interaction design specifications, site architecture maps, and page schematics based on Organics ‘ creative methodology and standards.
The Sr. Information Architect must demonstrate a professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal, problem solving, and project leadership skills, as they serve as a mentor to the other Information Architect. The Sr. Information Architect is also responsible for corporate and departmental initiatives as agreed upon with the creative director. The Sr. Information Architect may be assigned the creative lead role.
Education/Work Experience
⢠3+ yrs overall experience preferred including:
3+ yrs of traditional or digital design experience, encompassing the following: multimedia, agency creative, production/planning, 3-D design (architecture), Internet design, graphic design.
⢠Bachelorâs degree preferred, or equivalent work experience (digital design, graphic design, advertising).
⢠Engaging online portfolio is required for consideration.
