Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines on a tight schedule
- Ability to hand code XHTML and CSS
- Ability to create cross browser/platform compatible sites
- Understanding of web based graphic design and layout
- A dedication to coding according to best practices
- Clean, systematic approach to UI development and implementation
