We are looking for experienced Ruby on Rails developers to help us with our project overcapacity. This is an opportunity to work with our team of experienced Ruby on Rails and Agile developers.
MUST: Hands-on experience with Agile software development techniques and solid Ruby on Rails and Ajax experience.
LOCATION: On-site in either Chicago or suburbs.
STRUCTURE: These are contract positions but permanent positions may be made available on our core Obtiva team for the right person.
Obtiva is a rapidly growing agile consulting team where team members
spend their time doing in-the-trenches software development leveraging
our agile practices, training other developers in technology and
project practices, and engaging in short-term, intensive
technology/agile coaching. We are actively involved in the developer
community and frequently sponsor our team members to present what we
have learned at local and national conferences.

retailers, hedge funds, and Web 2.0 startups.
