Responsible for keeping the infrastructure humming and the geeks coding, you will be in charge of over 30 servers. Bring at least 5 years of previous systems administrator experience and be able to demonstrate experience and skills in:
Required Skills
• MySQL Administration including performance tuning, backups and replication
• Linux OS [Debian or Red Hat]
• Apache2 administration, including SSL
• PHP administration and configuration
• Subversion management
• DNS management
Additional Skills:
• Exim 3/4 Mail administration and SPAM Assassin
• Postfix Mail administration
• Python/Perl/Shell scripting
• Samba administration
• Urchin administration and set up
• SSL certificate installs
• Firewall/IP table configuration and administration
• Network management (DHCP/VPN)
Experience:
• Proven troubleshooting and resolution experience
• Min 5 years Open Source System Administration experience of commercial Unix environments
• Degree qualification preferred but not essential
• Management of local and remote hardware
