UGO NETWORKS is an online publisher targeted to men 18 – 35 years old. They are owned by Hearst Interactive group and their site provides content on games, movies, music, women, and comic books. They have customized solutions for advertisers.

UGO is looking for a .NET Developer to join the UGO team. The position is responsible for the development and maintenance of the .NET based sites for the company. The ideal candidate has experience in developing applications in an object-oriented manner and has the ability to work in a team based development environment.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of web-based applications used by the company.
• Responsible for the development of new applications.
• Responsible for providing regular updates of development to the lead developer and to upper management.
Requirements
• 4+ years of solid .NET experience in an Internet-based company environment.
• Excellent software design and architecture experience with a focus on reusable code.
• Experience in code documentation and source code control systems (VSS)
• Experience with structured code libraries, frameworks, and open source projects
• Excellent written, verbal, communication and management skills, being able to direct and lead projects.
• Skilled in utilizing structured approaches to manage and solve technical and business problems.
• Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS.
• Knowledge of PHP and Apache or AGILE programming methodologies a plus.
• SQL Server Database experience.
