Responsibilities
* Design new functionality and improvements to the system based on user feedback and needs and your personal experience
* Develop, test and implement new functionality
* Review others’ work
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience with an object oriented or functional programming language (Java would be nice)
* Ability to create working software from scratch
* Great analytical ability
* A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
* Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and react to changes
* Experience working with relational databases
* Understanding of web programming and networks (HTTP, TCP, AJAX, etc.)
**Must have Work Authorization.
Helpful
* Experience with service oriented architectures and/or grid architectures
* Experience with the Java platform and related libraries
* Working with different image formats
