You have a strange, maybe a little unnatural, affection for Ruby on Rails. You know about all of the latest gems, plugins, for Ruby and Rails.
You are energetic, opinionated, and creative … tempered with a liberal dose of pragmatism.
You have strong XHTML/CSS skills.
You have solid Javascript skills and are comfortable with Prototype, Low Pro, and script.aculo.us.
You understand how to respond when confronted with the statement, "Rails can’t scale".
You don’t fear the command-line, deployment, servers, etc.
You know what these words mean: SQL, ERB, RJS, YAML, REST, Capistrano, Memcached, Mongrel.
You have at least 6 months experience working on real Rails apps.
You know how to pronounce ‘nginx’.
You enjoy regularly being called "the talent".
You live within a 45 minute drive of Framingham, MA.
