We are currently seeking a Mid to Senior-level Information Architect to join our growing interactive team.
Responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to leading or participating in:
⢠Creating the IA for our clientâs transactional, informational, and marketing websites
⢠Developing site maps, transaction flows, wireframes, schematics, and navigation models for complex and highly interactive experiences
⢠Working with clients to understand business requirements
⢠Conducting market and competitive research
⢠Conducting interviews to discern target audience needs, tasks, and goals
⢠Conducting user research, concept testing, and usability testing (on-site and remote)
⢠Building personas and scenarios
⢠Working with technical staff to build functional prototypes
Ideal experience for the position:
⢠Demonstrated experience in user-centered design and processes
⢠Demonstrated ability to execute IA of complex interfaces, taxonomies, and CMS templates
⢠Demonstrated experience using user research and analytics to inform design
⢠Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
⢠5+ years experience as an information architect, interaction designer, or experience designer (or similar role)
⢠Degree in a related or relevant field inquiry
⢠Advanced proficiency in a variety of design tools including InDesign and MS Office Suite
