handle Groove-specific art work including icons
represent all aspects of the user interaction within specific feature teams
contribute to the vision of the product over a multi-year release cycle
work with Program Management and Design teams to product quality, hand-drawn sketches of concepts, wireframes, and, occasionally, Director or Flash prototypes
contribute to regular heuristic evaluations of various features
