We are looking for a motivated and talented entrepreneur to spearhead the design of our production network. Right now, we are working with film studios, agencies, and brands to create innovative programs powered by the massify community. Weâre looking for a senior designer to create custom experiences that elevate our partnerships and keep the Massify platform on the leading edge of graphic design, typography, and color. Practically speaking, that someone should have a keen understanding of current web design trends and have strong ideas for shaping itâs future. You will work closely with management and business development to strategize for each initiative and be able to translate high-concept ideas into aesthetic solutions that work for both our UX and development teams.
- Experience in the design of branded websites and social media campaigns
- Experience in the design of user interface elements for consumer facing websites
- Excellent Illustration and Typography skills
- Working knowledge of related technologies such as CSS, HTML, XML, and Flash
- In-depth awareness of current thinking and trends in branding and advertising.
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Comfort in working in the dynamic and agile environment of a startup web company.
