LevelTen is seeking an ultra-talented, agency-level Senior Web Designer. As our ideal candidate, you will have strong leadership & communication skills and be able to inspire innovative design solutions.
Your typical tasks will include:
- Creating original concepts for the web
- Directing execution of concepts through to completion on multiple projects
- Managing in-house and freelance designers
- Developing and documenting internal branding rules
- Ensuring quality and consistency between design, content, and Information Architecture
- Always learning new and better ways to improve the user experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency-level art direction, graphic and web design experience
- Solid understanding of web interface design and usability best practices
- Ability to accurately translate business requirements into marketing oriented creative design
- Exceptional oral communication skills / ability to communicate with clients, vendors, partners and staff
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Extensive experience hand coding standards compliant XHTML/CSS skills for cross-browser rendering
- Strong working knowledge of Flash, JavaScript, PHP & AJAX
