Experian Interactive Media currently seeks an outstanding Software Engineer, Team Lead to join its Information Technology Engineering Group.
Summary:
The Software Engineering Team Lead will be a key participant in the design, development, testing, and delivery of technical solutions. Moreover, the Software engineering team lead will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers across key verticals associated with Experian Interactive Media. We are looking for motivated, well-rounded, hands-on developers who know how to create robust high-volume production applications. You should have a good understanding of, and practical experience with, data-driven Java web application development. You will be working in an environment that includes Java 5, Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Maven, Perforce, JBoss, Oracle, Jira, Confluence, Clover, Checkstyle, Eclipse, JUnit, and Cruise Control.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of talented software engineers across key verticals associated with Experian Interactive Media.
Skills:
*Strong Java skills and understanding of OOP and design patterns.
*Working knowledge of core Java libraries, Java EE concepts, JSP, Servlets, and XML.
*Strong database development skills using Oracle database, including data modeling; proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
*Experience leading or supervising small development teams
Requirements:
*7 or more years IT experience as a software developer.
*5+ years experience in Java web application development.
*BS/MS/PhD in CS or equivalent experience.
*Excellent verbal and written communications.
*Good Technical documentation.
*Ability to work with internal customers and accurately collect and document requirements and turn them into a solution.
*Complete knowledge of all phases of Software Development Cycle.
