Database Services
Responsibilities:
Work with clients on multi-million dollar projects related to the PLTS Nautical Solution.
Coordinate with project managers to deliver on-time requirements to customers.
Mentor mid-level to entry-level programmers on process frameworks, quality assurance, and programming efficiency.
Oversee all SDLC reviews including design and development details of COTS solution.

Requirements:
Three to five years of experience in GIS-related programming.
B.S. or M.S. in computer science or related field.
Demonstrated mentor roles in a team work setting.
Demonstrated programming proficiency in C++, COM C++, C#, VB.NET.
Strong understanding in VS 2005, MS Visio, UML.

Recommended Qualifications:
Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Windows batch script, and/or Python.
Experience programming in an ESRI software environment.
Knowledge of development processes: ISO 9001-2000, IEEE.
