Everyscape.com is an exciting new company and we are growing! We are looking for a top-notch, hard-working candidate to lead our Quality Assurance efforts.
We are looking for a candidate who can implement and maintain a QA process on a small but growing engineering team.
A 4-year degree in a related technical discipline, with at least 7 years experience in automated Quality Assurance, and recent QA team lead experience, is required.
Recent experience implementing a QA process in a start-up environment, and experience with scrum/agile are pluses.
Responsibilities:
* Design, document, implement, and maintain a QA process for everyscape.com
* Analyze and recommend automated test and defect tracking tools
* Manage continuous integration tools
* Implement automated functional, regression, and performance tests for everyscape.com
* Manage the defect tracking process
* Create test plans and work with developers to refine requirements
* Generate reports on software quality (defect frequency/severity, test coverage, etc).

Technical Knowledge Requirements or Familiarity:
* Microsoft platforms: IIS, MS SQL, .NET, ASP.NET
* Web technologies: Flash, Javascript, Ajax, CSS
* Development processes: source control, defect tracking, collaborative tools, build tools/continuous integration
* Development Tools: C#, Scripting languages
* Automated Test Tools for desktop, database, and web applications
