Lead ASP .NET Developer

Primary Responsibilities:
• Analyze, design and code complex business logic to .net framework modules
• Web application development using .NET: C#, XML and ASP.NET 2.0 (user controls, data/business components)
• Create and maintain documents such as User Requirements, Functional Specifications, Detailed Design Specifications, etc.
• Provide project coordination and resource allocation for development team
• Document all projects and activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Assure functional testing of application prior to release to QA team
• Assist with support and maintenance of existing VB & ASP applications.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Identify technical risks in assigned work.
• Meet or beat the hours budgeted for each task.
• Work flexible hours as needed to meet client needs.
• Communicating with developers and non-developers in both written and verbal form to clearly describe technical options or ramifications

Job Requirements:
• Currently working as a developer and spending more than 80% of time on hands on development activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Microsoft tools
• 2+ years of experience in web development with C#, ASP.NET
• 2+ years of experience with MS SQL Server
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with HIPAA standard transactions a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects, demonstrate initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
