Kongregate, a web games startup, is looking for a rails developer to join as our 18th employee. Our site lets users upload Flash games – we enhance them with achievements, chat, profiles, points, ratings, and a central metagame. Over 2000 developers have uploaded over 5000 games since our launch last year. Our community is highly engaged in collecting achievements and socializing and is growing rapidly – currently at 3.5M monthly uniques.
