You are a knowledgeable web developer; you know the basics, CSS and HTML, and use JavaScript or AJAX, to make the site appealing.
Job Description:
-Design and implement jaxtr.com user experience
-Add features working with back-end team
-Think outside the box, making things look nice, improving usability
Required:
-3+ years of building cool web sites
-Solid knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript
-Know browser differences
-Good with Photoshop or other graphics package
-Understand scalability/responsiveness tradeoffs
Bonus:
-AJAX, JSP, XHTML
-Flash
-Visual design / usability experience
-Search engine optimization
-Helping QA build test frameworks
