Infusion Development is looking for a Senior Java/J2EE developer to help build real-time trading systems out of our New York office.
The successful candidate will have: -
2 to 5 years of experience with Java/J2EE
Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and multithreaded programming
Strong knowledge of XML and related technologies
Experience with Web Services
Experience working in a Unix environment
Strong database skills -
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
Experience writing and debugging multithreaded applications
Additional but non-required skills are: -
Experience with Hibernate and Spring
Experience working with JMS/Tibco EMS -Knowledge of Weblogic
Become a critical member of the client’s primary support, design, and development teams, working closely with business and technology domain experts to define system requirements, select technologies, and develop/implement application architectures for high volume enterprise applications.
You will gain exposure to the full breadth of fixed income business (front office to back office, Commercial Paper to Asset Backed Securities) and will learn the fixed income business.
