The ideal candidate has:
* Experience implementing Java-based enterprise systems using contemporary OSS technologies (e.g. JBoss, Hibernate, Spring, jBPM, Mule, Quartz, Eclipse RCP, etc.)
* Impeccable software engineering habits (e.g. unit and regression testing, code reviews, etc.)
* A positive outlook, a passion for coding, and the ability to work as part of a team.
