GenoLogics develops cutting edge data management products for the life sciences research industry. We develop solutions that matter. If you can argue about your favorite standard for closures in Java7, we want to work with you. If you like cranking out multi-threaded UI code while optimizing database access layers, this is the place. If working on huge data sets and solving wickedly complex problems are your thing, we’re got you covered.
About the Development Team
Our talented development team consists of 16 Software Developers and 7 QA staff, working in small teams that self-organize their efforts. We use an iterative development process that closely involves both Product Management and QA through daily stand-up meetings, customer feedback sessions and team-wide test days. We run quarterly Hack-Days where everyone in the company is free to develop whatever they want (we even have prizes). We also put a lot of time and money into developing our team through regular training sessions, a generous book budget, and our annual “GenoPalooza” event.
