Qualifications:
Candidates should have extensive server-side Java and/or Ruby on Rails development experience along with experience with most of the following technologies:

• Extreme Programming
Other qualifications include:
• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelors Degree in a related field
• Must be able to effectively communicate progress and ideas
