iPhone Software Engineer (Full-time Position) at NormSoft, Inc. (Telecommute (Work from home.))

NormSoft, Inc. is an established mobile developer founded in 1999 and maker of Pocket Tunes, the award-winning music player embedded in the ROM of all current Palm Treo and Centro smartphones. We are hiring 1-2 experienced developers to work on our next-generation iPhone applications.

You will be working in our cutting-edge development division, helping us to create new software that is extremely usable, fun, and useful. If you love playing with new technology and creating applications that push the bounds of what’s possible, then we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
- Program cool applications for the iPhone OS.
- Champion and "own" your projects within the company.
- Write design documents and participate in requirements meetings, design reviews, and bug reviews for your projects.
- Communicate with marketing and QA as needed.

Requirements:
- A BS degree or similar.
- Extensive experience and familiarity with C, C++, and/or Objective C.
- Superb communication.
- Ability to be self-motivated.
- A love of programming, computers, and gadgets.
- The ingenuity to solve "impossible" problems.
- An ability to learn rapidly and take advantage of new tools and technologies.
- A keen interest in creating applications that are easy-to-use and robust.

Optional but desired:
- Mac OS X or iPhone OS programming experience a plus.
- Mobile software development experience a plus.
