About the Interactive Product Coordinator/Analyst/Specialist/Manager:
The interactive product management team brings a strong business and marketing focus to interactive challenges and opportunities, applying deep technology knowledge to develop interactive and technology strategies for our clients. These are dynamic, evolving roles in which the ideal candidates will be capable of understanding business challenges and developing innovative, technological solutions to achieve measurable results for our clients. An interactive product manager is able to think at a strategic level and follow through with daily, hands-on project management and ongoing business consulting. Mid-level candidates will possess knowledge of core interactive technologies and technical development processes, possess solid communication skills (written and verbal), and have a hunger for responsibility and learning. All candidates must be confident self-starters, team players, innovative problem-solvers and able to manage multiple projects at once. Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills. Must be effective communicating with technical development team members, as well as non-technical resources and clients. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and a hunger for responsibility and learning.
Responsibilities:
• Create strategic technology solutions based on business goals
• Lead and manage execution of interactive projects of all types
• Provide ongoing user experience and conversion-enhancement consulting for a variety of client websites
• Manage internal resources
• Scope, estimate and manage ongoing project budgets
• Create full site specifications, outlining and detailing current and/or future site functionality for both internal constituents (developers) and client-side business and marketing professionals
Required Experience – All Levels:
• Ability to build interactive business development strategies and think “outside the box”
• Information architecture/design, user experience knowledge
• Project management, site management experience
• Client-relationship management (managing expectations, client communications, both written and verbal excellence)
• Some development experience
• 4+ years experience in the interactive arena for Interactive Product Managers; 2-3 years experience in the interactive space for Interactive Product Specialists; 1-2 years experience for Interactive Product Analysts; 1 year for Coordinators
Pluses:
• Commerce site management experience
• An ability to develop Interactive Business Development strategies and think ‘out of the box’.
