We are seeking a passionate and talented interaction designer to help create a new generation of social entertainment websites. You will be a key part of the product development team, assessing business requirements, examining customer behavior, synthesizing product solutions and collaborating with personnel across the company, including senior management, engineers, producers, sales staff and others.

Requirements:

o Highly skilled at consumer-oriented interaction and UI design
o Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
o Able to balance creative flare with usability and utility
o 5 years experience in interaction design; social/community sites and entertainment industry experience a plus
o 4 year Design degree or equivalent required from major university
o Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
o Translating company goals and customer needs into product concepts and plans
o Conducting and evaluating user research
o Creating workflows, wireframes and specifications
