We are looking for a talented, driven Interaction Designer to:
• Create innovative user experiences for our core product
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas; document the rationale and specifics of activity-based specifications
• Create visual designs that address the business requirements and promote our strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with web developers, stakeholders, and QA to refine the interaction and deliver the final product
• Create information architecture diagrams, wire frames, prototypes, and screen flows
Requirements:
• Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (html, css, javascript).
• Ideally 2 or more years experience as a key member of User Experience Design team.
• Three or more years total software industry experience.
• Experience with enterprise application design is a plus.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
