The Hired Guns is seeking a true advocate for the end user. You’ll create original design concepts with marketing and product management teams, working closely with your copywriters. You’ll then create wireframes and final designs based on your concepts. You’ll ensure the site’s interface design is usable and attractive. You’ll also communicate your design requirements to the site’s engineering team and identify any usability issues on the site and fix them.
Our ideal candidate has about 4-5 years of previous web design experience with knowledge in using research and design techniques to translate requirements. You should also have prior experience leading and mentoring junior designers as well as excellent presentation skills, problem-solving ability, and managerial prowess.
