We are currently seeking a full time developer (40-60 hours a week), immediate position, to continue the development of our current sites along with the development of future sites. All of the sites are fairly similar so one task would be to create a re-usable model or frame work that can be used on all sites. There are also plans to design and develop social networking elements for the sites to either extend on existing platforms (FaceBook, Open Social, MySpace or Bebo). There will be many chances to research and explore new fields and technologies of web development. Strong abilities in:
PHP
Templating Systems (for example Smarty http://smarty.php.net )
MySQL database design
Separation of concerns
