The Position

We are looking for an experienced Information Architect to join our team, focusing on product information architecture and user experience. You will be leading the definition and implementation of core parts of the ZYB service together with some of the best people in the business. The position requires experience defining the perfect online information architecture and user experience, preferably on multi-platform interfaces. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and you want to participate in the definition of a future mobile killer app.

You will join the ZYB Product Team based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The working language is English. Danish language skills are not required.

As a key part of the Product Team you will be:

• Working closely with the Product Director to define new features and identify gaps in current functionality and design
• Driving product definitions which translate and balance business needs, user needs and technological capabilities into features and enhancements
• Taking on a defining role in cross-functional teams, serving as product manager to define product specifications and engage with designers and developers to get new features ready for launch
• Writing product specifications and test cases, creating workflows and wireframes as well as pixel pushing the implemented features right down to the smallest detail.
• Defining performance metrics for user features and reporting on results
• Interacting with users to understand their needs and ideas
• Keeping an eye on the competitive landscape, identifying emerging trends and possibilities
• Pursuing the perfect user experience together with a passionate team

Skills and Experience

Summary of relevant criteria for the role:

• 3-5 years experience as Information Architect including at least 2 years experience in a product defining role
• Relevant education with good results
• Passionate about the user and have demonstrated success in optimising the online user experience
• Experience writing product requirements and communicating product details to designers, developers and the business
• Ability to combine a structured approach to documentation with creative problem solving
• Detail oriented, highly organised and able to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organisational skills
• Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency
• Consistently sets high standards for him/herself and for the business
• Data driven, results-focused and analytical but decisive and avoids analysis paralysis
• Can operate at all levels – no task is beneath her/him
