Must be proficient in PHP and have Web 2.0 experience / knowledge.

A few things you MUST possess, are:
1. Experience implementing SEO techniques into your work.
2. General knowledge on working with the actual web server technologies.
3. Substantial (Expert) knowledge of PHP/MySQL/CSS
4. Knowledge of CMS Platforms (Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
5. The ability to work efficiently.
