The Interactive Producer (IP) is responsible for managing multiple projects within the department. The IP provides expertise in Interactive when interfacing with other departments and clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing people, project plans, budgets and conflicts. As the Interactive project lead, the IP works in conjunction with Account Management and Project Management teams to satisfy client requirements and quality deliverables. The IP must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion.
Position Responsibilities
Project Management and Profitability: Manage the project from start to finish and responsible for monitoring and maintaining project profitability
Administrative Project Support: Manage organizational and administrative tasks to support project
Scope Definition: Develop estimates, SOWs, project plans and budgets
Resource Management: Secure necessary resources, identify resource conflicts, keep other producers abreast of schedule changes
Intra-agency Communications: Work as liaison between Interactive, agency Project Management and Account Management teams
