Qualifications are:
-Must have 3 years experience preferably in an Agency environment
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design
-Strong web/interactive design but also solid background in print
-Flash knowledge is preferred; but not required
-Proficient in all graphics applications
This individual should be a good self-starter; take charge individual but ask important questions when needed. Work with a dynamic, brilliant Art Director who wants talented but smart thinkers and have a good sense of design.
