(Ann Arbor, MI) - End-to-end LAMP developer
- Object-oriented PHP 5
- Familiarity with Rapid Development Frameworks, such as Ruby on Rails or CakePHP, and concepts
- Security best practices
- Familiarity with Apache/PHP/MySQL configuration
- Ability to translate visual design into semantic markup with CSS-driven layout
- Excellent understanding of relational databases and SQL, including ability to diagnose and fix problems related to configuration, data structure and queries.
- Information architecture
- Javascript, including gracefully-degrading AJAX
- ASP/ vbScript or .net experience helpful, but not crucial
- Understanding of search engine optimization implemented in markup and development approach
