Integrated agency with top clients including PepsiCo, Man Booker Prize, BFI, Royal Academy and Crossrail needs a team leader. Must be into getting real – not bogged down in a process. Conversant with agile methodologies and proud of your focus on the end user. If you want to coordinate a small team on big projects this could be the place for you.

You will be responsible for the management of user centred, standards compliant, semantically structured client projects from end to end. You’ll be expected to plan resources and negotiate progress with the development team, designers, other PMs, marketeers and consultants. It is important that you know your microformats from your OOP classes on the technical side and simultaneously be a great communicator with a luddite client sales rep. It’s a challenging role that demands exceptional abilities to hold in balance business priorities, client expectations, project time lines and, of course, the excellent user experience we’re trying to create.
