- Are a Actionscript 2.0/3.0 rockstar
- Are knowledgeable in XML programming/deployment particularly XML driven Flash
- Have experience integrating Flash, PHP and MySQL
- Working knowledge of web standards
- Streaming video
- Have an appreciation for great design
- Sense of humor
Not Required, but helpful:
- Flex 2.0
- Ajax (Javascript, Prototype, Jquery, etc…)
- Rapid Development Frameworks (Cake PHP or Ruby on Rails)
