CyberTek Engineering is currently seeking an I.T. engineer with competent technical skills and a positive customer service attitude.
THE ROLE

You will be part of a Global Team who is in charge of answering customer’s pre-sales, ordering and technical support requests regarding BackupAssist software and also the software’s interaction with the related operating systems and networking environments
ESSENTIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TALENT

It is in your nature to actively listen to our client’s requests, empathize, take ownership and provide solution to our client’s issues, while ensuring our clients experience timely and responsive service. These requests will be submitted and responded to via phone and e-mail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, mature judgment and diplomacy required to interact effectively and manage situations with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate with peers and Product Development Team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Ability to be flexible and work independently, after normal duty hours and including weekends and holidays depending on mission requirements.
• Open to learn new processes and apply to work environment tasks.
• Ability to balance service levels vs. frequently changing priorities and tasks.
MANDATORY TECHNICAL TALENT

Optimum candidate will have experience supporting the following technologies:
• At least 2 years experience as a Microsoft-focused system engineer in a help desk or technical support role.
• Familiar with using VMware sessions when need to replicate user issues in different computing environment
• Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server (2003/SBS) and Desktop (XP/ Vista)
• Working knowledge of Windows Backup (NTBackup)
• Exposure to Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server and (or) SharePoint administration.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

• Information Technology related Bachelors degree with a strong academic performance.
• Microsoft certification will be advantageous (MCSE/MCP)
