Responsible for the creative design aspect for the look and feel of the foundations product – an online registration and management software. Activities will include building color palettes, graphics, layout and other visual components, as well as collaborating with analysts, developers and other designers to bring the absolute best product to market. As part of the User Experience Team, this position is a critical part of the success of the software. The right candidate should be a team player, highly organized, self motivated and able to perform well under strict deadlines.
Job Specifications:
Minimum 2 years graphic design experience (professional + education)
Strong background in HTML/CSS
Possess a strong understanding of digital design, graphic tools and techniques.
Highly organized and deadline driven with a strong project management approach.
Understanding of customer and market dynamics with the ability to translate into visual and communication requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in PC and Mac-based programs for Adobe Suite; including Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop and Acrobat;
Demonstrated ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Skills with Flash.
