As an ASP.NET C# Developer for GoMobo, you’ll:
• Develop ASP.NET web interfaces for Mobo Systems
• Engage in the creation of intuitive, efficient, and robust dynamic websites that integrate with GoMobo’s backend .NET components.
• Report to the Development Manager and work according to specifications set by our Systems Architect
You should be self-motivated, well-organized, and excited to take ownership and responsibility for your work. GoMobo has a strong focus on teamwork, so it’s important to be able to give and take criticism constructively, and you should also have a passion for computing and software engineering that extends past working hours. Above all you should be psyched about the mobile space and the possibilities for GoMobo!
Application Requirements:
• At least 2 years work experience in web front-end development at an intermediate to senior technical level.
• B.Sc Computer Science or equivalent tertiary education
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0+, ASP.NET 2.0+ and C# 2.0+
• Comprehensive knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX and W3C standards.
• An excellent understanding of web usability, user behavior, web browser differences, screen and connection limitations, and coding to accommodate them.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop and Flash skills; good Photoshop/Flash knowledge advantageous.
• ASP Classic (VBScript) advantageous
• Excellent writing and communication skills
